What happens after the initial consultation?

After the initial consultation, you will be assigned a designer. The designer will work closely with you to create a project brief that will take your every need into consideration.

Where is your office?

Our office is in Anna Nagar, Chennai. Schedule an appointment to come down for a visit and meet our team.

What happens after a project brief is submitted?

Once the project brief is given to you, changes can be made to it. Once it is finalized, you will be given an itemized breakdown of the cost and different design options.

Do you service clients outside Chennai?

Unfortunately, we only service clients in Chennai at the moment. However, our team is working hard to expand to other cities shortly.

Is it possible to see the sample materials, colour palettes and finishes before I confirm my booking?

Of course! Our office has a library of sample materials for you to look at so you can make an informed decision before choosing us for your interiors.

What kind of spaces does Vibrant design?

We design interiors for commercial and residential properties of all shapes and sizes.

What is design cost?

After we arrive at the final project brief, we will give you 3D renders of every room along with paint or wallpaper options, wooden finish and accessories that will be used. The design cost is the fee we will charge to create these renders.

I live outside Chennai, but I have a property in the city. Can I hire your services to design my home for me?

Of course, our team is adept in managing consultations with you via email, web chat or video. We will also give you real time updates so you can monitor and track the progress and status of your projects.

Do we need the renders?

These 3D renders are extremely important in the décor process. It ensures all the teams are working towards the same goals. Additionally, it gives you the first look of how your space is going to look, so there are no surprises after implementation.

What are the profiles of people on your team?

Our team comprises of sales personnel, interior decorators, engineers and architects. They all work together to create magical and vibrant spaces.

How many design iterations can we request?

We may not always get it right in our first try. You can request up to 3 – 5 iterations of the renders, and we will do our best to incorporate your every requirement and suggestion.

Who will be our point of contact?

At the time of inquiry, you will be assigned a point of contact. This person will act as a liaison between the various departments and you. This will give you a customer centric and hassle-free experience.

Do you take an advance?

We consider a project to have started only after a token advance has been paid by the customer.

What is the first step of the process?

The first step is to schedule a consultation with us. We will sit down with you to understand the scope of your project, and assess the amount of work that will go into transforming your space.

Can you customise the decor?

While we have a curated list of ready-made options for you to choose from, we can also completely customise your decor to fit your space.

How open are you to inputs?

We want to give you space to reflect your personality. Therefore, we welcome your inputs every step of the way.

Do I have to renovate my entire home?

No, we also undertake partial projects where we redesign parts of your home – whether it is a kitchen remodel, bathroom modification or changing the decor of just one bedroom.

How much do you charge per project?

Our projects range from completely customizable to ready-made interiors. Therefore, the price of the project depends on the amount of work that goes into it. Don’t worry; we are open to working on a budget.

How much time does it take from the initial consultation to the initial design?

Our designers will work as fast as they can to get you the renders after the requirements have been finalised. However, this is also dependent on various factors – the number of iterations it goes through, your availability or response time. Therefore, for faster designs, we will require your continued feedback and support.

What do you need for the initial consultation?

In the initial consultation, we will be outlining your goals and inspiration for your space. So for the first consultation, we suggest you have any design inspiration you have ready, along with a detailed outline of your requirements. Pictures of your space would also help in developing an accurate plan for your home. If you have them, floor plans of your space would also be very handy. Look through our Vibrant galleries to see the designs you like, so when you meet with our designer, we can replicate the same for your home.

Where do you source your furniture from?

We have a manufacturing unit where we produce our furniture in-house. Additionally, we have a curated list of decor and furniture pieces that we can source for you, from anywhere in the world.

How will I receive updates about my project?

We will keep you posted on the progress of your project via call/email or WhatsApp.

Will I be asked to visit the design site often?

We will not ask you to visit the design site often. Our on-ground execution partners will oversee the day-to-day progress of the project, and escalate any potential issues to you.

Can I stay in my house while it is being renovated?

It is recommended that you speak to your designer about this, as it varies from project to project.

Do you offer a warranty?

All our interiors, furniture and decor items come with a 5 year warranty against manufacturing and installation defects.

How can we be sure we are getting a defect-free project?

There are over 75 stringent quality checks in place to ensure you get nothing but the best from us!

Do you offer after-installation service?

Yes, we have several AMC packages for you to choose from. There are also several other services we offer, click here to know more.

Yes. Our strict safety policy includes everything from non-contact body temperature checks to fumigating interiors as well as all furniture pieces. The initial design consultations can also be done online for maximum safety.

Yes. Keeping safety in mind, our designers now undertake online consultation. However, you can also have a contactless initial meeting with them in person at our office. Our office spaces are thoroughly sanitised multiple times across the day to ensure your maximum safety.

Yes, we can have a designer meet you at your residence as long as your address is not in a Red or Containment Zone.

During the online design consultations, we can share images of the materials and finishes. At our office, we can even share samples of these materials. Rest assured that we are adhering to all recommended protocols and our office is completely safe.

The timelines depend upon the scope of your project and your requirements. Therefore, our designers can give you an estimated timeline after the initial consultation.

Yes, definitely. As per your preference, you can get in touch with your designers via phone calls, text messages or email. Our team can also meet you at your residence, if you so prefer, as long as it is not in a Red or Containment Zone.
