1. Nirmala Sitharaman
It’s a pride moment for Vibrant Spaces to have been felicitated by Smt. Nirmala Sitharaman, The Hon’ble Finance Minister of India, who is a true leader and an Inspiring Figure for all the women in India.
2. FICCI
It was an honour to receive the FICCI award for Best Design and Build Interior Design Company in Tamil Nadu on behalf of my Vibrant Spaces team.
The event was about more than just felicitations. It was an opportunity to meet and engage with individuals who have been agents for growth and change in their respective fields.
Dr. Mohan Kaul is one such individual who is a Champion of International Trade and investments. A man of many hats, He is an Influential Business Leader and his contributions to emerging markets and as a policy advisor is unparalleled.
Dr. Mohan Kaul is the Chairman Global Investment Advisory Council, Director General of Commonwealth Business Council, Dean at the IIM- Ahmedabad and Chairman of the Governance Committee of ICICI bank.
Receiving the award from him and Mr. Arun Raj IAS, Secretary to the Government of TamilNadu and the Executive Director of ELCOT was truly encouraging, and is sure to inspire myself and my team to push our boundaries even further as we take on future projects.
Adding to this honour was the opportunity to engage with Balaji Nuthalapadi, MD and Head of Operations and Technology for CitiBank South Asia, Ms. Raji Raju, the Chairperson at FICCI-FLO Chennai and Mr. Balasubramaniam the CEO of Stratinfinity Inc. Their thoughts on entrepreneurship are sure to guide us on to future achievements!
I am truly grateful to FICCI for the honour – and to my team for getting us all there.

3. Sheila Sriprakash
It’s a privilege to have received the award from Smt. Sheila Sriprakash Inspiring architect in the design field at IDCS IIID event in 2022.
4. Sripal Munshi
It’s an honor to receive the “Best Design & Build Company” Award in Chennai for the year 2022 from Shri. Shripal Munshi, an acclaimed and renowned architect at the Architecture Reconnect Sumit.
5. Dr. Gautami Tadimalla
It was a delight to see Dr. Gautami Tadimalla addressing the enthusiastic bunch at Anarock. The event was definitely a humble success, sparking conversations and inspiring individuals to embrace eco-consciousness within the realm of design.
Anarock, a renowned hub for real estate professionals, served as the perfect venue for this enlightening event. Dr.Gautami Tadimalla shared her insights and experiences within the industry-cementing the importance of creating spaces that not only captivate the eye but also preserve our planet’s precious resources.
We highlighted the pressing need to adopt sustainable practices within the interior design industry. From choosing eco-friendly materials to incorporating energy-efficient systems, we explored how every decision made during the design process can contribute to a greener future, and will foster a sense of well-being while reducing environmental impact.
We would like to extend our gratitude to Anarock’s Director Mr.Sanjay Chugh for hosting us, and for the opportunity for to speak about our planet and the importance of eco-friendly concepts in interior design. Events like these serve as a powerful reminder that we have the ability to reshape our industry for the better and leave a positive impact on the world around us!
6. Nayanthara – Actress Celebrity
An evening of shared insights and ideas, bringing all of Vibrant Spaces’ partners under one roof was a great idea. With designers and architects discussing the future of sustainable interiors and the star power of actor Nayanthara, this was indeed an evening to cherish.
7. Madras Day
Celebrating 384 years of a city symbolising passion, resilience and vibrancy has never been more enjoyable – and humbling.
The work of Chennai’s very own Manohar Devadoss, a Padma Shri awardee and a truly dedicated artist who did not let the loss of his eyesight stop him from capturing what makes Chennai so special is simply outstanding.
Being presented with “Madras Inked”, a curated collection of the great artist’s work signed by his daughter Sujatha Pelleher was truly an honour!
And receiving it from Mrs. Sujatha Shankar, a legendary name in the architecture and interior design industries – and a personal idol – was a reminder of how many more milestones there are left to achieve. As a co-author of the book and the convenor of the National Trust for Art and Cultural Heritage, her contributions to Chennai’s long history are matched only by her commitment to its future.
The event also brought an important message to the fore. The head of Chennai’s Corporation, Mr. J. Radhakrishnan IAS spoke on how Chennai can mean so many things to different people. It is a city of perspectives that blend together to give it its unique vibe – making it more than home but an emotion to its many denizens.
It was also enlightening – and memorable – to engage with Thota Tharani, another Padma Shri awardee and art director to some of Chennai’s most legendary directors and filmmakers.
Bookmarked by performances that showcase the city’s bustling blend of art and style, it was an evening to remember – one in which the city’s best came together to celebrate a place that has grown over the years not just in size but also in the scope of opportunities it offers to people.
8. Arya Furnitures
Exciting news from the world of interior design in Chennai!
I am thrilled to be invited to the grand opening of Arya Living, the latest luxury furniture store on St. Mary’s Road. And let me tell you, this place is a game-changer!
As the founder and Managing Director of Vibrant Spaces, I’ve seen my fair share of premium ventures in the interior design space. But Arya Living is truly something special. They’re turning the industry on its head with their stunning designs and commitment to quality.
I’m thrilled to welcome Arya Living into this space and can’t wait to collaborate with them and see what they have in store for the future!Congratulations to Praveen Kandalam, Arya’s MD, on the successful launch, and we look forward to seeing more stunning designs from you in the future!
9. Connecting Dots
Real estate meet like no other!
Bringing the best of the best channel partners from India’s thriving real estate industry together, “Connecting Dots” was an evening of ideas, opportunities and felicitations.
Planting relationships instead of collecting contacts is something the industry needs, and should sustain.
10. Fern & Ade
Among the finest of European curators for premium furniture, Fern and Ade have come to Chennai in style.
Vibrant Spaces is happy to collaborate with a brand that brings stories – and memories – to life. Led by Fern and Ade’s dynamic founder Ms. Adeline, their first spectacle was a showcase of talent, expertise, ideas and insights.
It’s almost certainly going to be a long and rewarding journey together into India’s thriving luxury market.
11. IIID
The Indian Institute of Interior Design’s premiere edition of Nava Nakshatra brought together architects, designers and leaders united by a common thread: love for their craft and a passion for sustainability.
Chennai’s very own IIT Madras was the perfect venue, providing a green canopy against which the future of our industry was given shape.
Stunning concepts, beautiful designs, delightful insights and laughter were the pillars of a great evening!
12. Nippon CSK
Yellow occupies a special place in the hearts of Chennai’s ardent cricket fans.
With the #ipl2023 well on its way to an exciting finale, that sentiment is sure to find a voice in the coming weeks!
It is only logical that Nippon Paint India chose to launch their latest shade of sustainable yellow paint in the presence of #CSK‘s very own Moeen Ali, Ravindra Jadeja and Shubham Dubey and Nippon India’s President Mr. Mahesh Anand.
It was an honour – and a pleasure – for Vibrant Spaces to be a part of an event that brought Chennai’s architects and star players together.
While the spotlight was on sustainability, the immense talent in the room was certainly the star of the show!

We at Vibrant Spaces were happy to be invited to the grand opening and also collaborated with Mr. Vasudevan Vijayraghavan – a consummate professional and an exceptional human being.
14. Nava Nakshatra
The Indian Institute of Designs’ Nava Nakshatra brought Chennai’s biggest names in architecture and interior design together.
Showcasing innovations and trends in a variety of design areas such as styling, decor, lighting, technology and sustainability, this one-of-a-kind event was a spotlight on creativity at play in a field that thrives on it.
It was a privilege – and pleasure – to present my ideas to such an illustrious panel. Having your work appreciated by your peers is always a rewarding experience.
A big thank you to the organizers and everyone who worked hard to make the event such a grand success.
15. Dreamzone
Had the opportunity to be the Chief Guest at an interior design competition organized by DreamZone – School of Creative Studies. With the theme of sustainable design, it was a delight to see budding designers focus on such an integral offering in today’s global context. Gave a lecture on the impact of the current climate in architecture and interiors. Vibrant Spaces is excited to lead the way for such young minds, and always welcomes aspiring designers to apply for jobs and internships at our growing company.
